Consent to the processing of personal data 
for marketing purposes

1. General provisions

By checking the relevant box on the www.kvarter-living.sk website, I grant each of the following separate data controllers:

(i) Immocap Services, s. r. o., with its registered office at Mlynské nivy 55, 821 09 Bratislava - Ružinov, ID No.: 36 36 362 531, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Bratislava III, Section Sro, Insert No.: 40734/B, (hereinafter referred to as "Immocap Services"),

(ii) Immocap, a. s., with its registered office at Mlynské nivy 55, 821 09 Bratislava - Ružinov, ID No.: 35 944 536, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Bratislava III, Section Sa, Insert No. 3633/B (hereinafter referred to as "Immocap"),

explicit and voluntary consent to the processing of my personal data, which I have entered in the appropriate fields on the website www.kvarter-living.sk, namely first name, last name, e-mail address and phone number for the purpose of the marketing activities of the controllers, in particular for each of them to contact me with offers of flats and non-residential premises in real estate projects that they are constructing or plan to construct, through their subsidiaries and affiliates or through joint ventures with other investors, and to send me information about promotions, news and other business opportunities related to such real estate projects.

I grant this consent for a period of 3 years from the date of its granting.

I am aware that:

• I can withdraw my consent at any time, without giving any reason, by sending an e-mail to:
  • immocap@immocap.sk, if I withdraw consent in relation to Immocap,
  • immocap@immocap.sk, if I withdraw consent in relation to Immocap Services.

Such withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing of the data that took place prior to its withdrawal;

• consent is voluntary and is not my legal obligation. Giving consent is not a condition for entering into a contractual relationship with any of the aforementioned data controllers or members of their group of companies, and failure to give consent will have no effect on me other than that without providing my personal data and consenting to their processing, I will not be able to receive the aforementioned information about the controller’s activities prior to entering into a contract with the controller, as the controller will not be able to use my contact details to send me commercial and marketing information. I am also aware that, without evaluating the additional information provided in the communication, the controller will not be able to ensure the targeting of the information provided and its conformity with my needs,
