Consent to the processing of personal data 
for marketing purposes

By ticking the relevant box on the website www.kvarter-living.sk, I grant Immocap, a.s., with its registered office at Mlynské nivy 55, 821 09 Bratislava – Ružinov, Company ID No.: 35 944 536, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Bratislava III, Section: Sa, File No.: 3633/B (hereinafter the “Controller”), my explicit and voluntary consent to the processing of my personal data which I have selected from the offered data, namely first name, surname, e-mail address and telephone number, and entered into the relevant fields on the website www.istropolis.sk, for the purpose of the Controller’s marketing activities, including profiling, in particular for the Controller to contact me with an offer of apartments and non-residential premises in real estate projects which it carries out or plans to carry out itself, through its subsidiary and affiliated companies, or through joint ventures with other investors, and to send me information on promotions, news and other business opportunities relating to such real estate projects.

I grant this consent for a period of 3 years from the date it is given.

I acknowledge that:

• I may withdraw my consent at any time, even without stating a reason, by sending a notice by e-mail to: immocap@immocap.sk Such withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to its withdrawal;
• granting consent is voluntary and is not my legal obligation. Granting consent is not a condition for entering into a contractual relationship with the Controller or any member of its group of companies, and not granting it has no consequence for me other than that, without providing personal data and consent to their processing, I will not be able, prior to entering into a contract with the Controller, to obtain the above information about its activities, because the Controller will not be able to use my contact details to send business and marketing information. I also acknowledge that, without assessing further information provided during communication, the Controller will not be able to ensure that the information provided is targeted and aligned with my needs;
