Istropolis
We are transforming the derelict area of the Istropolis Trade Union House into a multifunctional space for people. The heart and dominant feature of the project will be a cultural and congress centre, which, together with a large public space, will form the basis of a new vibrant district. This green district full will provide high-quality space for living, working, culture and leisure.
Millhaus
Move further and be closer to living in the centre of the new boulevard Mlynské nivy. In cooperation with WOOD Real Estate, we are creating 19 floors of high-quality and affordable flats, with above-standard facilities and premium materials. We will make the surroundings more pleasant with a children's playground and relaxation zones in a semi-open courtyard. Convenient parking will be provided in the underground car park.
Rezidencia on Bottova
The new jewel of the downtown on Bottova Street is the result of our international architectural competition. The winning design is a building of exceptional architecture that will contribute to the urban development of the area. We respect the history of the area, which is why the new project includes the reconstruction of a former locksmith's workshop.
Záhradnícka
The project on Záhradnícka is characterised by revitalisation. By revitalizing the existing building, we will create spacious and economical housing. The metaphorical revitalization of the soul will be supported by plenty of daylight – thanks to high ceilings of up to 3 m, French windows or balconies. If you want to breathe even better, the location is ideal for a quick transfer to the city centre, but also for a comfortable "escape" from the city.
